Well, the weather outside is frightful (sorry, couldn’t resist the Holiday tune…) but the outfits we found for you this week are fabulous! Our newest intern, Courtney, hit the streets of Vancouver searching for style. Stay tuned for her bio, but for now enjoy her Fashion Friday pics! A quick word from Courtney: “CAUTION: all of these fabulous outfits were found under cute coats. With this chilly weather invading our city, remember to bundle up ladies! Keep warm (or ‘haute’!) this season with camel trenches, plaid capes or cozy faux fur coats.”
NEHA - BLOGGER FOR BOUDIOR, VANCOUVER: Local fashionista, Neha, can always be found looking pretty and polished. I love how Neha keeps her look natural and easily attainable with off white, dark denim and brown leather. This is a great fall outfit for women of all ages. It’s perfect for a casual day of running errands around town or dress it up with your favourite accessories for a night of cocktails with friends.
KRISTEN - STUDENT, VANCOUVER: Spotted in Yaletown, inside local boutique Fine Finds, I found exactly that. I loved Kristen’s outfit, she paired an oversized salmon sweater from H&M with simple black leggings and knee-high boots. Why I love this outfit so much, is because it’s simple, yet incorporates some of the season’s must haves. Accessorizing her outfit, Kristen wore her oversized white Michael Kors watch along with a chunky silver necklace. The costume jewellery is a super fab way to add cheap + cheerful statement pieces to any outfit, and this piece really ‘pops’ against the oversized crew neck sweater.
SHANNON - NEW GRAD + NEW VANCOUVERITE: Also spotted on the streets of Yaletown was Vancouver newcomer Shannon. Shannon recently moved to Vancouver from the island in pursuit of expanded opportunities and a city paced environment. Looking fabulous, Shannon is wearing a plain black long sleeved shirt from H&M, with an off white lace skirt from Forever21, black tights and knee-high heel boots. She accessorized her outfit with a long gold necklace, and added some colour with her cherry red scarf (looks great with her hair!) Shannon looks stylish, professional and ready to take on the working world in this outfit. I think Shannon will fit in just perfectly in Vancouver, don’t you?
